Location and great staff. Room was good size. Balcony nice. Location good for visiting alot of locations. Always caught a taxi right in front at street. Best thing had to be their staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Nice bar on rooftop with great view. Enjoyed my stay.. .

Decent hotel in city centre but not worth the price…. Location great but loads of other great areas.. Location great Very location. Breakfast very basic and not great. Coffee in pot for hours, v little fruit, hard to get milk… toaster didn’t work and was told it’ll be a few days… Deluxe room has the shower in the bedroom! Not mentioned anywhere! Staff kept wanting to double check our room number etc… Hotel bar ran out or just didn’t serve beer at 5pm when we there, told it was done until tomorrow..

A true gem , walking distance to all the sights. This hotel is truly a GEM and is worth every penny or lira that you spend :) As the others say, the location is excellent - we were able to walk to the colloseum( 10 min) , the vatican ( 30min ) and all other historic sites .. the room is spotlessly clean.. There was a bit of confusion at checkout regarding the city tax that is paid outside of whatever amount you see on your booking, even if it says all taxes included. This is a common practice among hotels in Rome, is what I came to find out afterwards. I appreciate the lady at the front desk's patience in explaining this to me at checkout.. .

Superb. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. The room was made up nicely each morning. The shower was hot. The bed was very comfortable.. The room was hot at times, but there was only ventilation or heating in the HVAC system, no possibility to cool. The stairs only lead to the street, not to the lobby..

Exceptional. Hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Luca and all of his staff (From Reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaners) were extremely kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Luca was ever helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to visit and eat, which we would not have considered before his recommendation. This made our stay extra special. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. We would certainly recommend the Otivm hotel & we will stay there again in the future. .

Location, location, location. This hotel had everything we needed. Its location is spot on with every single sight within walking distance - ideal for our party, which had a combination of ages from 7 through to 70. The rooftop bar has fantastic views and is worth a visit, but be prepared to take out a small bank loan for drinks; they are eye wateringly expensive. Whilst needing a slight decorative touch up here and there, the rooms were spacious for a small European hotel and spotlessly clean. Staff were all welcoming and friendly, and we were greeted with an espresso on arrival. Despite its location off the busy Piazza Venezia, we all slept soundly, but if you are troubled by traffic noise, you may need to take this into account. Definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.. .
