Great ambiance and incredibly kind staff.. The people were so kind and accommodating from the minute we arrived , Mattiah was unbelievably welcoming and professional.. Some of the cardio equipment in the gym was not great. Like the Ellipticals. Also the sauna did not always heat up well..

Breakfast is excellent - great Middle Eastern inspired food. Spa area acccess is via the fitness room, very awkward especially for women.

Lovely hotel. This is my second time staying at the property. The restaurant is amazing and the staff are very organized. The property is close to Carette Cafe and Girafe. Located in a lovely neighborhood with many shops around.. There was a huge crack in my mirror and a stain on the leather sofa. Hopefully they will get this fixed. Other than those issues the room is lovely..
