Exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the warmer days when we could sit out on the terrace. Cleaning service twice a day kept the room spotless. Staff was very kind!. .

Five star service, clean/quiet rooms, and charming rooms.. Clean, central, and luxurious property, with a keen attention to details, offering stellar service. You get the sense that this hotel is family owned because it is. The water pressure in the bathrooms was incredible; like an aqueduct fed each bathroom independently! The candied hazelnuts in the suite were divine. The Ortigia products they offer guests are high quality and lovely. The staff are phenomenal, like…all of them, except for the overzealous housekeeping lady who kept phoning the front desk that we were not out of our room at 12:00 pm sharp. We ended-up checking-out with our three little 50 minutes past the check-out time, however, we felt that for the price and amazing experience we had overall at the property, that this was an area of service they could work on. Most properties will offer a late check-out, or offer an hour of additional time if requested, but not here. They really didn’t need to call our room 5 - 6 times to ask us if we were ready to check-out yet, to prepare an already tidy room for a 3:00 pm check-in for the next guest. A little flexibility here would go a long way, within reason of course. Also, our second bathroom had a smell emanating from the room though we never actually used this bathroom since the issue was never resolved, though they did bring us an oil diffuser to mask the scent, which quite frankly, didn’t work. Lol. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers amazing service though the menu is a little limiting and the fresh fruit could be of a higher quality (not ripe/sweet; blueberries, melons, and pineapple) but the raspberries were good. Overall, a 9/10, because they’re almost perfect with just a few minor tweaks.. .

Highly Recommend. My partner and I spent two weeks at the Singer Palace Hotel Roma. Everyone at the hotel, from the front desk, the restaurants, and management were amazing. They took the time to get to know our likes and preferences. The hotel is located within walking distance of several major attractions, but the entrance is on a safe side street. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room had the only balcony in the hotel and we were able to enjoy a meal and the amazing weather while watching the hustle and bustle of Rome below.. .

We love Singer Palace. This was our first time at Singer Palace but it won’t be our last. The service was outstanding and our Suite was lovely. I canst say enough about how everyone at the hotel was very helpful with a big smile on their face. The hotel gets an A+. Room was comfy and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the roof top bar.. .

Superb Boutique Hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and were looked after very well. Its an old building in the centre of Rome near all the shopping and close to some of the sights. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. From the time we arrived they were very attentive and in the restaurant we had an excellent breakfast as well as a very enjoyable experience in the roof top bar. The rooms were very well appointed, clean and the only minor quibble I had was that the bathroom was a bit small. Overall a great experience and worth a visit.. .

Exceptional. They were all very welcoming The location was perfect - especially with a kid as we didn't have to rely on taxis all the time The staff had arranged all we could ever need for our child in our room which was perfect. .
