Great location and service. Modern and very clean rooms.. Very good location, clean modern rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Would stay here again in the future. Pretty good value for money too for such a central location in Paris! Metro right across the street, Eiffel tower only a short 15 minute walk.. .

Do not recommend and would never come back. Staff service was extremely poor to attention of every kind of detail. I had a baby and people were not even able to open a door to help me, they would just look at me struggling, to say the least. For the price rate of this hotel staff not by far is worth coming back. The rooms are very good and I noticed housekeeping was very good and attentive to detail but everyone in the front desk is completely lost.. .

I urge the management to take responsibility and address these ongoing problems. La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris has an excellent location, offering convenient access to Paris's highlights, and a team that seems willing to assist. The modern design and cleanliness initially gave a positive impression. However, my stay was riddled with issues that overshadowed these advantages:
Heating Problem: The heater in my room was non-functional, leaving the room freezing. Despite two repair attempts, the heat only worked for a few hours before failing again.
Hot Water Crisis: The water supply stopped at midnight with promises it would return by 6 AM. By 8:20 AM, there was still no hot water, causing me to miss important meetings.
Fitness Center: The gym door wouldn’t open, and the technician was unable to fix it, leaving the facility unusable.
Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before booking. After my disappointing experience, I discovered many similar negative reviews, confirming that these issues are recurring. What’s even more concerning is that the management hasn’t bothered to respond to these reviews, essentially confirming them as facts.. .
