Nice location, but ..... The location in town was good, although the hotel itself was a little difficult to locate. The only indicator that I saw was on the panel of doorbell buttons. Could really use some kind of sign. The staff were friendly and wanted to help.. The room was good, if small, but the shower was absolutely tiny. Also, the refrigerator in the room did not work at all..

Could do better. Nice reception area, friendly and helpful staff. But bedrooms, particularly my bathroom very tired and in need of redecorating. Breakfast is pretty average and could be better but coffee good. Great location but for me it’s more three and a half stars than four.. .

Ok on arrival but lack of comfortable sleep re air con is not appropriate for a “4 star hotel” especially when you’re me. Good location. Daily cleaning. TV.. Air conditioning was not fit for purpose. Would not go below 26 degrees even though we had it set at 16 degrees and full fan power. Additionally our air conditioning was turned off during the days when our room was cleaned. This meant when we returned at night the room was 35 degrees and like an oven making sleep impossible for several hours.
When I asked why it was turned off by housekeeping, I was met with a blank stare with the manager saying “Yes the housekeeping turn it off”. I was also met with several excuses as to the position of the room in the building etc. causing the heat instead of solutions. Not an appropriate approach for a “4 star” hotel.
I asked twice if the air con unit was set to not go below a certain temperature and was told no and that the unit is newly installed. This doesn’t make sense as if it was newly installed it should be fully functioning..
