Buen servicio y ubicación excelente. Lo mejor, el personal y la ubicación. Muy atentos y dispuestos. Intentaron ayudarnos en cualquier inconveniente que nos surgió al momento.
Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren, metro e incluso para ir andando está bien ubicado.. Para entrar al hotel tuvimos que bajar las maletas por una escalinata. No hay rampa de acceso. Al ascensor también le fallaba la puerta de vez en cuando. La cerradura electrónica de nuestra habitación se estropeó y no pudieron arreglarla, aunque nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación..

Great location and welcoming staff.. Location was great and very easy to reach. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Everyone at the desk made me feel welcome and also felt very safe.. There was no full length mirror in the room. I was in Rome for an important party and couldn't get ready properly. The shampoo and shower gel options were not good either and there was a slight leak in the bathroom..
