Exceptional. The friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The room was small but clean and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. The location is brilliant. Extremely convenient for sightseeing as the metro stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and the area is extremely lively with lots of restaurants and interesting shops. I would highly recommend this hotel and it was really good value for money.. .

Room not that great, but location superb!. The location was excellent. close to the metro and bus stop. Amazing options of restaurants outside the hotel.. The room was too small... Bed pushed in a corner .. window opened in the duct. and for a view we got a big wall....

We loved the place especially the location. Well recommended. The location is very good, close to multiple metro station one of which is straight to Gare du Nord. Very convenient - there’s grocery, pharmacy, boulangerie, and other places to eat. The place is clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and approachable especially cecile. Can be a bit noisy in the evening but bearable.

Nice stay, but rooms not very quiet.. Good location, decent rooms, welcoming staff.. Thin walls/ceilings, courtyard rooms hear noise from outside ventilation/ac systems. Inside the ac system, made electronical noise, while not working..
