Pleasant. This property was nice due to locality and the staff were helpful where they could be.. I was disappointed as the rooms advertised on the booking.com page are not the same/similar to the ones they offer. When I asked about this while at the hotel I was informed not to rely on the booking.com adverts so please ensure you check the actual website of the hotel (to avoid disappointment). And also the local tax has increased and is not the same one that booking.com (which does not seem to be updated)..

Quirky but basic. Very quirky. There was a Hôtel cat who was lovely. Basic but nice breakfast available with fresh orange juice, eggs, bread and coffee.
Nice view from bedrooms.. Single room was like a large cupboard. No mirror above dressing table so difficult to do hair etc. unless you used bathroom where mirror misted over after shower. Room was very warm. Lift access to top floor, door didn’t open at floor 5 for some reason. Daughter’s bedroom shower didn’t work. All relayed back to staff who didn’t seem too fussed. Shame. Very expensive for what we got.
Some nice touches, bottle of Evian water in room but a kettle would have been nice and an option of making tea/coffee in your room..
