Good. Good location near the old town sites. Staff were lovely.. Breakfast could have had more local dishes. Also the walls are paper thin so heard a lot of noise from neighbours & outside..

Really friendly and helpful staff topped out a lovely hotel stay.. Lovely quaint hotel with comfortable bedrooms, very good breakfast option and a small swimming pool. Grand features like atrium with painted roof and galleries floors opening on to atrium. Atrium does mean so d from ground floor does carry into bedrooms slightly but not badly.. .

If all remain the same… I will chose this location again, only with a confirmation from the hotel that the bathroom is 9. Location and staff are amazing.. The bathroom, in particular the shower area, could be cleaner..

Dated hotel but good breakfast and location.. Tired hotel that needs some uplift as found bathroom small and dated, net curtains that had rips in them and old curtains and decor. Breakfast was nice enough and filling and enjoyed eating local food. Didn’t enjoy arriving after an overnight flight to reception trying to upsell me trips when all I wanted to do was sleep. Didn’t use the spa facilities as was never in the hotel other than to sleep and have breakfast. Hotel sits at the bottom of the hill of Istanbul so take this into account when booking and the roof terrace was not set up to use or enjoy but wouldn’t say there was a view of much. Area is lovely and highly recommend the Arch Bistro near by for amazing food and no hassle to go in.. .

Despite the bathroom the hotel was nice to stay at.. Location was perfect near a few different eateries. Also easy for uber to drop off and pick up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice and warm from the wall heater. Parts of the floor was heated also. Good storage space in the wardrobe and nice to have a bedside table on each side as well as a desk. Window was a bonus to let fresh air in. Free breakfast was good. Bathroom was ok.. The bathroom. The shower cubicle needed a good spray of exit mould. Also the toilet was so close to the shower that you had to sit on the toilet on an angle. The bathroom fan was also quite noisey. Everything else was fine in the bathroom..

Thanks for having us.. Enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel made a very good impression! Kind, thoughtful and sweet. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but it’s comfortable. Breakfast DELICIOUS!! Walking distance to all the sites.. .
