The staff are very helpful even before we arrived at the hotel. They assisted us from our arrival at the airport going t. Good hotel for couple, place is clean and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff.. The elevator is not easily accessible since it is inside the shop- not what we expected. Although you can always ask the staff for assistance and they guve you access anytime..

Would not stay again. If I were to choose anything, it would be hard, but I would have to say location.. Staff is not very friendly except for the housekeepers. The day I arrived, there was a shoe print on bedspread.
I dusted it off and thought we were starting on the wrong foot. When it came time for bedtime, I covered myself with the bedspread and it smelled like cologne. The smell was so strong. I could not sleep so I took it off and slept with a towel. Then I put two and two together. Someone from the staff had laid down to take a nap probably. I cannot prove that this is what happened, but it is an extremely good guess. The next morning, I asked, housekeeping to changed my bedding.
I stayed there for a week and had the same breakfast for seven days. Nothing changed, and it was not very good.
The room itself is outdated. wallpaper was coming off in certain areas. The bathrooms had signs of water damage on the ceiling. Rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway with other guests and staff.
It seems that everybody smokes in Istanbul, so needless to say, you can smell cigarettes smoke in the hallway..
