Simply, I very much enjoyed it as well as my family. It was a big room, clean, staff was nice, convenient location to explore downtown Istanbul. The top floor (the beds floor) had a lot of heat coming inside, eventhough the AC was on all day it doesn’t get as cold as the ground floor.

Very good. Stuff were helpful, it was clean. The location had upside down ways , although all Istanbul is like this.
