El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, en una zona con muchos servicios (bares, tiendas, restaurantes...), y tiene buena conexión de transporte público., además muy cerca de la estación de tren. Está muy limpio y en buenas condiciones de mantenimiento. El personal correcto.. Estancia de dos noches. Hubo dos hechos no positivos. El segundo día no limpiaron la habitación. Preguntado en recepción me dijeron que lo tenía que haber solicitado a lo que contesté que eso no es correcto porque en la web del hotel se oferta el servicio diario de habitaciones sin especificar ese requisito. A continuación me dijeron que no se hace si hay clientes dentro de la habitación, algo incorrecto porque salimos temprano de la misma y estaba vacía para poder ser limpiada, tras esto el empleado me pregunto qué podía hacer por mi al no tener otro argumento. En segundo lugar solicitamos un desayuno para llevar ya que dejábamos el hotel muy temprano para coger el avión y el horario de desayuno es más tarde. Nos garantizaron que así sería pero la mañana de irnos no tenían nada preparado y sobre la marcha quisieron hacerlo, algo que rechazamos porque el taxi ya lo teníamos esperando en la puerta del hotel.
