An average hotel with very good service and location. I stayed at this 3 star hotel by chance !!!
I reserved a tour from my country IRAN and I chose a hotel called " GRAND ROSA " , it was very close to the famous Grand Bazar of Istanbul . but I wondered a little bit because the price I paid was lower than which was claimed on the Hotel Site ! Well Who doesnt Like to pay less ?? ;)
When we arrived by our agent at the hotel !!! WE DISAPPOINTED !! I am very hard on the hotels I go and It was not what I saw on the net .
I found out that this one is " GRAND ROSSA " with double S !! this hotel was smaller and not as beautiful as that Grad Rosa which has a website on net .
Let me first tell you the negative points of this hotel :
1 - Not very beautifull hotel
2 - Small rooms ( my room was O.K , corner rooms are bigger )
3 - at lower levels there was no Air conditioner and it was cooled by a Fan ( working well in september climate )
4 - higher level rooms had air coinditioning but It didnt turn off during the night so you could get freezed !!
Now Good Points :
1 - Very Very Good reception ! they were all very helpfull , I really thank them again here .
2 - room service was good , cleaning the room , change towels and ... every day .
3 - they has safe box at the front Desk
4 - 24 hour free Coffee and Tea at the restaurant
5 - Breakfast was O.K for a 3 star hotel
6 - The most important point ! the LOCATION !! it was very easy to go everywhere . 1st station of metro was very close on the right side of the hotel while On the ground Rail system was very close on left side . Great Location. .

Very good. The location of hotel is good, close to tram and metro lines, 3-10 minutes walk. Staff is really friendly, specially those in the kitchen preparing the daily breakfast. Very good options of food for this reasonably priced hotel.. .
