we arrived early in the morning got checked in early so that was very good , location is gd next to the old town , very. got early check in ,clean rooms and were spacious comfy beds. the breakfast wasn’t great.

Wonderfully Relaxing Stay!. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with lots of local dishes ,fruit , vegetables, pastries and really lovely fresh breads.
Room service food was absolutely first class.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely pleased to do whatever they could to make our stay a really happy one.
We really appreciated the beautiful complimentary platter of fruit which was put in our room for us on arrival.
The room was spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom.
The spa was wonderful with a great choice of treatments including a full hamam experience.

Exceptional. Location. Staff very helpful. Fabulous breakfast. Fresh fruit on arrival was a lovely surprise.. Was informed that I needed to upgrade to a room with private facilities rather than the room booked. I did this but found out on arrival that this had not been necessary. I suspect a marketing ploy by the hotel which was rather disappointing..

Too expensive for what you get and not very functional a/c. One of the guys at the front desk was friendly and really tried to help us despite not knowing much English. No one here speaks English FYI, or in all of Diyarbakir. The breakfast was good.. It was 107F/42C in Diyarbakir, and the a/c in the hotel was not very strong at all. You had to have your room card in the slot by the door in order to operate the a/c, and at first they wouldn't give us a second card. You needed the card to get down the elevator, so unless you go everywhere together, the second person had to sit in the dark with no a/c. We finally got a second card, thank God. The area where they had breakfast was very hot, even at 7am. We stayed at the Hilton in Sanliurfa for the same price and it was 20x nicer. Also there was a motion detector on the light in the hallway of the room, so if one person got up to go to the bathroom, the other person woke up to the bright lights..
