Good location but old furniture. Stuff are nice especially the catering people. Elevator is too small, and furniture are under expectations, what you see in pictures is different then what you get.
The main entrance is always open , so anyone from the street can go inside the building where the Hotel is.
A huge leak with the security and safety of the resident..

Staff and location are the best. Building is old, but what isn’t in Rome.. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anna. But other young lady and young man were also as good as her.
Location is great.
You can walk to most of the central attraction.
They are in 15-20 min walking distances.
Hot water was always available.
Very quiet place and good for solo travelers.
Really delicious pastry in breakfast. Try donuts for sure.. Small elevator. Was fine for me.
Stairs are narrow and a lot, if you have big suit cases, good luck.
Boiled eggs were ice cold. 😂.

Good. Great location and very spacious room. Staff were friendly and the AC worked really well. The mini fridge was also a nice amenity that we took advantage of.. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. The room itself also felt a bit dark, even with all the lights on..
