Great hotel for Paris. Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and it was the best choice for my accommodation. Staff are friendly, professional and rooms are kept clean. Toiletries are well maintained. Breakfast selections are great. Location wise, very near to Metro station, restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Heartfelt thanks to Lakpa, Honorine, Ishwan, Sylvan, Jennifer and to all others that helped my stay very nice and comfortable. .

Wonderful comfort and care. Our arrival was delayed by 6 hours due to a severe storm and our greeting at midnight was wonderfully welcoming. The room, 601, though small was perfectly managed by the housekeepers. Staff at breakfast time were delightful and the food was excellent. Thank you to all staff. The location of the hotel is in a happy, busy neighbourhood with excellent restaurants, cafés and public transport on the doorstep.. The milk provided in the room for tea was not nice, and the tea left scum marks on the cups..

Good location, perfect 4 nights in Paris - would stay here again. Stayed here for nights for a visit to Paris in December. I was a little concern about the location, but it turned out to be a great location. The Grand Blvds Metro is right in front of the hotel entrance with 2 lines. It was easy to take the metro to Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Gare de Lyon, and all the other tourist sights. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area for dinner options plus a couple of grocery stores for water and snacks. Unfortunately, my room was not yet ready, as I had a very early arrival into Paris from the US. I checked with my luggage and went sightseeing until my room was ready. The room was clean and enough space. The heater work ok. The room was facing the street, which can be noisy at times, but I was fine with it. One issue was that the floors was not level on the 5th, as can see in one of the photos there were a few steps to proceed to my room which was annoying with a heavy suitcase. The breakfast options were good and helped prepared before a day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I come back to Paris, I would stay here again.. .

We felt at home.. A prime location on one of the Grands Boulevards, yet a very quiet room. No frills, but all you needed was there. Actually, breakfast was exceptionally generous.. The size of the room, but that is a standard in Paris..

A friends weekend with the comfort of the Holiday Inn. Stayed in this Holiday Inn for 2 nights and it was a very nice stay. Check in went smooth and swift, even got 1 room upgraded. Receptiondesk is simple but effective. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bottle of water in the small fridge that you can always refill in their small lounge. Small selection of drinks can be bought via reception, but outside very nearby are plenty of stores and night shops to buy things as well. Location is by far perfect! Take the exit ( sortie) 1 at the Grands Boulevards metro station and you are right in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast meets very well up the standards of an HI.It was fresh, cozy and more than enough. Little downpoint might be that they don’t have a nice bar area to unwind when you get back to the hotel after a long day in town. Their ‘lounge’ is not very appealing, no bar facilities. But like the shops, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to go to..Irish pubs across the road, typical Brasseries left and right so…nothing to worry about. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Late check out was given and also helped us to store our luggage after check out so we could still enjoy the hours in town before our train brought us back. All in all a nice hotel and as an hotel expert I can recommend this hotel without any doubt. Thank you HI Opera Grands Boulevards! Job bien fait! A la prochaine!. .

Not acceptable the price of breakfast and the lack of hot water in the morning.. Location. The breakfast was super expensive for what was offered. No hot water in one morning and It jeopardizes the day and for that day the hotel should provide refund as i was not able to get properly ready for my business meeting..
