Hôtel agréable et bien situé. Pas de petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel mais quand même bouilloire et machine à café ainsi que thé et capsules à disposition
Chambre très grande, bien meublée et ensemble de bon goût. L’ascenseur est petit et lent mais je pense qu’il n’y a pas moyen de l’améliorer.

. Redelijk centraal gelegen tussen Roma Termini en Colosseum. Drukke straat maar in de hotelkamer was dat niet te merken.. Een hele kleine oude lift. We hebben op de 1e binnenkomst na steeds de trap genomen..

Πολυ ωραια ολα!Θα επελεγα να ξαναρχομουν εδω!. Mου αρεσε η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου και το γεγονος οτι ειχαμε καθαριοτητα καθε μερα και το προσωπικο παρα πολυ εξυπηρητικο και παντα με το χαμογελο!
Ειναι σε παρα πολυ καλη αποσταση απο ολα τα αξιοθεατα!15 με 20 λεπτα περπατημα για να παμε!Και επισης ειναι αναμεσα σε μαγαζια και χωρις εστιασης!. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά, ίσως μόνο η ηχομόνωση θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί λίγο!.

Very disappointing and unpleasant staff were very unprofessional. Only the location. So many things
They barely clean the rooms
Nobody is available to help with the luggage however we asked about that and they confirmed that there is help
When we arrived they told us they will transfer us to another hotel in the 5th floor because the hotel we booked will be under renovation and when we refused they gave us terrible room with no hot water in the bathroom which made us asking for upgrade and we had to pay extra money
It was very unpleasant experience staff also were very unprofessional they never reply our calls before 10 am however it is written that they are available 24 hours.

Excelente Localização para quem chega e sai por Termini e para acessar aos pontos turísticos. Localização excelente, tanto para quem chega e sai por Termini, quanto para visitar os principais pontos turísticos. O quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos e apesar do prédio se encontrar em uma avenida bastante movimentada, o quarto no qual nos hospedamos era bem silencioso.. .
