Overall , a very comfortable and a good experiance.. The boutique experience! The best part is how close it is to taksim and the metro that makes it accessible to all locations. The beds were super comfortable!. The rooms were relatively small..

Excellent stay. The staff was amazing! All of them made my stay such a wonderful time. The room was better than expected, very comfortable, nice and clean.. The breakfast can improve a little bit and they should include some local delights (baklavas).

Guys at the reception make you feel like home.
Breakfast is one of the best things here. Turkish breakfast is served and a nice lady is close to help with anything needed. You just feel like at home here.. .

Disappointing. It was clean.. Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The economy rooms are located below ground level, which was not ideal. The lift was extremely small, making it difficult to use comfortably. The hotel itself is quite old, and this was particularly evident in the bathroom. The shower was incredibly cramped, and it was nearly impossible to balance the hot and cold water due to the old taps. The bathroom water was not draining properly, causing a pool to form, and despite informing the staff, they did not bother to address it. During our two-day stay, room service never came. When we mentioned this to the staff, they informed us that we needed to request it in advance, and there was no service available after 3 PM. The value for money was very poor, and the current score on booking sites is misleading. This hotel definitely does not deserve such a high rating..
