Visit in December 2024. Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff. Have to give room key to staff before leaving hotel which I found weird but apparently for safety. Breakfast was ok - very limited selection - only pastries, cereal, yogurt and toast and could be a lot better. Coffees were lovely. Good location next to train station and subway. Area seemed safe. .

Superb. Excellent location and super friendly staff. Great simple options for breakfast in the mornings, consistently good quality. Staff very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help. The shower needs fixing. The plastic seal between the doors came off partially multiple times, and the towel rack on within the shower was not secured correctly, making it easy to remove from the wall..

Good. Everything was ok. The location was great. The room met expectations. The breakfast met expectations and the service was also ok. We are satisfied and recommend. It's just that when we specially ordered a twin room, it was not ok when we were offered a double room. Yes, there was a solution and it came, but the fact that we had to wait for it for an hour well past midnight was not ok. Everything else was good.
