Great location, average service. We arrived in June 2024. The hotel check in was relatively easy, and straight forward. We had booked via booking.com and they tried to charge us a bit more than what was stated but we were able to speak to a manager and sort it out.
We had two rooms for 5 nights. One room was comparatively bigger than the other room. The bigger room was quite spacious and comfortable but the smaller room felt small for two people. The beds were nice and the ac worked well. However, the service at the hotel was average and not worth the price we paid. We requested a kettle for one of the rooms and they were charging 10 euros per night (!!!!!) for this. This would’ve been 50 euros for us so we ended up buying a new kettle as it was cheaper. This felt like daylight robbery and should’ve been a free service as most decent hotels offer a hot water kettle.
The location of the hotel was amazing, which was the saving grace. The area was safe, and so was the hotel. However for the price, I believe there are better options in the same locality. It was good but not worth visiting again. .

Overall a nice and pleasant experience.. Great location, nice and clean room, helpful staff.. While the standard room was generally comfortable, it’s worth noting that some basic amenities, like slippers and a toilet brush, were not provided..

Excellent location and very nice hotel. This hotel could not have been more perfect for everything we needed. It wasn’t particularly spacious but we were only staying here for two nights and I don’t really expect spacious rooms in European hotels anyway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly positioned on the metro station Diagonal. There were two cafés right down the street for breakfast. It was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I am very happy with my choice to have stayed here.. .

Excellent, would definitely stay again.. The room was big which was great to accomodate our family. It was also recently renovated and was very nicely decorated.
The breakfast was great and not busy at all. Lots of choice at the buffet.
Car park underneath the hotel was a huge bonus to unload our car.. Nothing.
