Stay elsewhere. Be advised when booking this hotel that you might not get a double room true to the photos provided on booking platforms , ending up in an over priced tent (small,low ceiling attic room with a small queen bed: an economy room at best)
After complaining to booking.com were moved for our last night to a double room on 3rd floor which was a true double room. Did not have a kettle as it should have had, nor coffee pods for the nespresso machine but we had a double bed and could walk round the room standing upright 😅
Worst hotel experience in over 20 paris visits. .

will not be back.. Good Location. This was my third stay at this hotel—and definitely my last!
I booked four rooms, and each had issues:
• First room – Checked into a dirty room with used towels, hair on the pillow, and overall poor cleanliness. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked and could only change rooms the next morning. No cleaning service was offered.
• Second room – Had a terrible sewage smell, with steam visibly coming from the bathroom floor. The front desk dismissed it as a "city issue" and provided no solution or alternative.
• Third room – Located on the 5th floor, it was noticeably smaller, had lower ceilings, and didn’t match the standard of the rooms on the 2nd floor. The shower was unclean, with hair and candy wrappers found on the bed at check-in. The front desk was indifferent when I reported it.
• Fourth room – The best of the four, but after one shower, the bathroom flooded. It was only fixed after complaining.
Additionally, the hotel is under renovation—something not mentioned at the time of booking. While renovations are understandable, they don’t excuse poor maintenance and bad service.
Would not return!.

Would not come back. Tea was excellent. Nice location. Easy to access by metro.. Breakfast: The staff used same gloves touching the food and cleaning. The food was ok but everyone was touching eg. the bread and there was nothing you could cover your hand while cutting the bread. The room was a little dirty and the bathroom had mold in the walls..

Spacious family room. Nice staff always trying to greet and help with a spacious clean family room. Good location with 5 mins walk to opera shopping district, 20 mins walk to Louvre or Montmartre and 2 mins walk to the closest metro with plenty of food and supermarket options around.. .

Perfect for city break.. Location - perfect. Walking distance from Montmartre and Louvre. Plenty of restaurants around. Staff was very attentive and polite.
