Hotel next to Barri Gotic. I spent one week in the hotel in October and also 11 days in August. This time I did not even look for another hotel, because I was completely satisfied with my previous stay. However, they were fully booked for my arrival day, so I had to book one night in another hotel. It was in the same hotel chain. They put me on a notification e-mail list and informed me that a room became available. The receptionist arranged everything for me with their other hotel, which was very convenient, because I was about to start travelling. What I really liked there: the room with a nice balcony, coffee at the lobby (you have to pay for the capsule) and the so called 'picnic': when you know you would not have time for breakfast the next day, they prepare you a package of foods and beverages based on your selection from a list. Also, I chose the deluxe room, because I needed a refrigerator for medication injections. The refrigerator worked very well, it was cool enough to store them properly, which was a priority for me. The only drawback was the noise late at night from the street that is on the side of the hotel, where many bars are located. So if you are very disturbed by noise at night ask for a room that is on the other side of the building. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla and La Boqueria. There is an Aldi Strore very close to the hotel, where you can buy food and other essentials you might forgot to bring. The staff at the reception is very friendly, if you need help they do everything they possibly can to assist you.. .

Super comfortable and great location!. Good location, right next to a train station which was super convenient!. A little bit more on the pricier side if you have a tight budget..

Good location for walking to Place de Catalyuna and city centre.. The room was smaller than anticipated and no window. It had a door that opened to a tiny outside area so we did have fresh air. Great shower and comfortable beds. Very nice reception area and landing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet despite its central location.. .

Very pleasant.. Very secure parking and access to the hotel. Good location and very pleasant helpful staff. No kettle in the room, but you can borrow one and mugs for a deposit of 10€, which is refundable.. A little difficult to find, down a narrow street and round a corner..

Exceptional. We had an amazing stay at Mesón Castilla Atiram Hotels, even if it was just for one night! The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back for a longer visit next time. Highly recommended!. .

Very good. Staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Rooms are on the top floor new and with view. The bathroom has no bidet but is spacious and has a double sink, with high standards of cleanliness Thanks Yuliya and all the staff too. .
