Wonderful stay, would highly recommend. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, polite and welcoming. The reception team were so informative, we were on a trip for a 60th birthday and they called over to a bar we went to get a drink across the street while waiting for our room to be ready to check in and they bought us over a birthday drink. They also had a bottle of wine and cake left in room. The restaurant staff were so happy to greet us for breakfast. Some of the best customer service I have ever received.. Nothing, everything was perfect.

Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond!. This hotel not only has a very convenient location just a few blocks from Termini station, which connects you to everything, but also offers beautiful views and spotless rooms. However, what truly stood out was the staff. As Mexicans, we always think it’s rare to find such genuine service outside our country, but this place has it. We had a minor issue with the bathroom heater—nothing serious—and the staff acted immediately. Not only did they fix it right away, but they also arranged a special amenity for us on our last night. Another moment that really impressed us was when my daughter forgot a hair accessory. We were already walking toward the train station with our luggage when the front desk agent ran more than three blocks to return it to us—an absolute wow moment! Breakfast was delicious, and I wish I could remember the names of those who attended us because every single team member had a positive attitude and was incredibly kind. Many of them even spoke Spanish, which made us feel even more welcome. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Working in the luxury hospitality industry, I always pay attention to every detail, and I can confidently say that this experience was truly outstanding.. .

Hotel Does Not Live Up To Reviews. I must admit that I’m disappointed in my stay at The Liberty Boutique Hotel. It did not live up to its ratings. First the good. The hotel staff could not be nicer. Every interaction has been pleasant and they’ve been very helpful. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the room daily, and the room size is reasonable by European standards. The not so good. The HVAC system is terrible. It seems to work when it wants to, which is not very often, regardless of its settings. The result is a hot and stuffy room. I stayed in room 302, which is exposed to street noise ALL NIGHT long. There’s a bar a few doors down, The Yellow Bar, which caters to a youth hostel crowd which is across the street from it. There is outdoor seating which is packed with people drinking and getting louder and louder as the night goes on. The bar closes at 3 am. After the bar closes there is the sound of clean up which goes on until the trash truck comes along and then there’s that noise to deal with. It goes on all night long. I should have moved to another hotel but I didn’t, so I had to accept the consequences of three sleepless nights. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Ever! How it has such high ratings is a mystery to me.. .

This is the BEST hotel I have stayed in!!. This is the BEST hotel I have stayed in, people make such a difference! From the moment we walked in, we felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble, so helpful with questions and the room was beautiful, we booked a deluxe room with a balcony and it was amazing, breakfast was superb, my wife has a gluten and dairy allergy and they just dealt with it so well. we even left a jumper in the room (that we didnt know we had) and one of the staff ran to find us to give this to us after we had checked out!! Surrounding area is great too, Bramble Restaurant is superb and so is Julie's Restaurant. Thank you to all your staff, we will be back!!. .

Excellent stay with great staff. Located really well for everything . Reception staff so helpful and nothing too much trouble. They give us lots of advice on what to do for jubilee year , restaurant suggestions and helpful In every way. We were in Rome for the rugby and have been before , would definitely return to stay here.. Nothing disappointed us !.
