. Servis elemanları çok ilgiliydi karşılama elemanları diğer elemanlara göre daha pasif duruyor güler yüzlü değiller ama otelin için ve yemekleri kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi ayrıca odaları temizleyen personellere ayrıca teşekkür ederiz . .

Not worth the hype. We chose Flamingo Hotel in Oludeniz due to its popularity and after reading some good reviews. However, the recent ones do agree with the overall consistency of the hotel. The waiters and waitresses around the restaurant and bar area are great and a real credit. They do go out of their way and always have a smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast, as mentioned below with another recent review is plentiful. A great selection of fruits and vegetables. The restaurant at the hotel offers a generous amount of items on their menu and the prices are reasonable. You will need to bring your own towel to sit around the pool. We did buy in Oludeniz as the shop at the hotel was charging €7 per towel. In the future, I hope that the hotel think about having a towel deposit as, we did have to leave our towels as our luggage limit for the plane would have exceeded with the weight from this. The reception team, especially the two men, are very welcoming and friendly and will make sure that your queries are attended too. I do hope that this manner is approached by all members of the reception team, as it felt that some others came across quite cold and impolite. The access of both 2 pools is great. However, it should be stated online that access to the third pool should be declared on their website. As this was only for bungalow guests. You also do get one card for the room which can be inconvenient. Also there are lots of steps in the hotel, which was fine for us but I can see this being difficult to others who aren’t as mobile. Please bear in mind that the aesthetics of the hotel does bring in a lot of wannabe social media influencers. Lots of posing whilst families are enjoying their holiday. I do hope that these minor tweaks can be resolved, as this hotel has so much potential to do better.. .

Stunning, tranquil hotel. This was the most beautiful and tranquil hotel we have ever stayed in. The whole area by the pool and bar is stunning with beautiful pink flowers and olive and palm trees. There was always space by the pool and no one saved the sun beds with their towels so easy to get one any time of day. The Palm Spa was amazing. We had the classic package which included Turkish bath, hammam and massage. A fantastic experience and skin felt great for days afterwards. All the staff were very friendly and room was cleaned daily with clean towels.. .

Otelin ana alanı gerçekten çok tatlı ve güzel kahvaltısı çok geniş ve doyurucu söyleyeceğim sadece iki şey var bir bize girişte otel gezdirilmediği ve söylenmediği için haberimiz olmayan üst katta bir havuz daha varmış bundan gideceğimiz gün haberimiz olunca üzüldük çünkü alt tarafta çok çocuk vardı ve orayı tercih edebilirdik iki resimlerde gördüğümüz o süslü güzel havuza giremiyoruz çünkü farklı bir oda seçeneğine mevcutmuş bu da belirtilmemişti ve aslında oranın hayaliyle biraz gitmiştik. Odalara da biraz daha özenilebilir . .
