Very good for a city break. The location, the comfort, great staff, very kind and ready to help at any time, parking nearby, great restaurant very close to the hotel. The breakfast - it wasn't that bad, but not what I expected.

Wonderful stay and great staff!!. Wonderful staff and location in Old Town....close to alot of sites and yet not located near the water which forces you to walk up big hills to go anywhere. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to stay there again in the future.. Some rooms have poor WiFi speeds and careful if on 1st floor as the street noise can be quite loud..

The staff were super friendly and are always the highlight of the trip especially ATILLO he is always available to help and go the extra mile to make sure all our requests are met , all the staff are very well mannered and polite and always have a big smile on their face which makes the day better, this is one of the reasons we always come back to Gulec. The rooms were clean and housekeeping really do an amazing job, its cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the breakfast? So good! Fresh, tasty, and the perfect way to start the day. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Istanbul, this is it. Would definitely come back for the 5th time!. honestly cannot fault anything, this year was my fourth visit and it gets better everytime.

Fantastic Hotel, BEST LOCATION. Gulec Hotel is a fantastic and conveniently located place to stay, especially if you prefer to avoid steep hills. It’s just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, making sightseeing effortless. My niece, who stays here often, booked this hotel for us. At first, we were hesitant and considered booking elsewhere, but thankfully, she convinced us otherwise. The hotel turned out to be both affordable and perfectly located. Atillo made our stay even better—always smiling, incredibly helpful, and quick to resolve any issues we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!. Nothing.

It’s was superb and amazing. The location it’s amazing and near of everything and there a lot of restaurants beside the hotel and supermarket and the breakfast it’s fair and the room it’s clean and big for family and the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing.
