All you would want.. One minute from Metro. Spacious rooms. Simple breakfast but had everything. Reception very helpful especially one called Gamal (I think). He was always ready to help with smile.10 points for him. Perfect location and easy to get around. Lots of good restaurants around.. All was good..

Staff was nice. Beautiful hotel.. We got the room in ground floor for disabled people. This room was bad. When showering water flooded into the bedroom floor. The view from windows into the messy backyard was not nice at all. We asked for different room but not possible.
Also they have 2 cats living in the reception area - a bit strange and also smelly - one day they had gone toilet on the carpet in reception/lobby area..
