Nice stay in Istanbul. We've booked the standard double room. Room is quite small but overall is okay. Toilet is clean and I love the shower!.Staff are friendly especially cleaner guy. Appreciated the service.
Location is also good as in neighbour of Besiktas, several nice restaurant around there, walking distance to ferry pier or Havaist bus station but might struggle a bit if carry big luggage.. .

. The room was excellent. A generous size, bright and cheerful and reasonably priced. However, I found many hair strands around the bed headboard. In addition, the overall service was very poor. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk could not clearly explain where to obtain an Istanbul card nor anything about public transportation in the city. And the staff had very limited ability to communicate in English. In addition, the laundry was overflowing into the hallways and stairwell much of the time, making it tricky to descend or ascend by stairs (which initially seemed like a better alternative to the exceptionally tiny elevator). . .

Will not stay here next time not even if free. Electricity was off one day, water was off other day, AC is not cooling, hot inside. The booked transfer from the airport to hotel was a disaster, very unprofessional transfer company.. .
