Super convinient location and great value for the hotel. - Excellent location — close to everything we needed
- Super friendly and helpful staff
- The kitchen staff were amazing — they helped us heat and prepare food for our baby.
- The breakfast was modest but offered something for every taste and was delicious.
- Spacious and clean bathroom that was well-maintained throughout our stay. They also included a cleaning kit for our baby, showing great attention to detail.
- The hotel staff sent us in advance many recommendations for places to enjoy delicious local food, desserts, and fine dining restaurants and also places to visit.. The elevator was quite small, so with a stroller, only one of us could ride at a time or we had to leave it downstairs. However, this seems to be fairly common in Italy, as many hotels and restaurants tend to be more compact than in other parts of Europe, so it wasn’t such a big problem..

Wonderful staff and location, but some negatives in thermostat/elevators/comfort. Staff were wonderful, responded quickly to requests and very kind/hospitable. They were the highlight of the stay and provided great recommendations.
Property is a nice, relatively new boutique hotel.
Central location for tourist sites.. The thermostat doesn't work (can't turn on a/c in March) so room was very muggy.
The property is already starting to look a little worn, though relatively new.
Elevator is tiny and sometimes doesn't work.
Our outlets were not working (circuit tripped in room)..

Very good. Everything was perfect , the location is perfect in the middle of the city many shops and restaurants around, the stuff was so friendly, i asked to change the room and they upgraded my room . The hotel is so clean and newly renovated. Highly recommend. Some noise in the corridors at the morning, so you cant sleep.

Stunning hotel and amazing staff. The most stunning hotel, everything was perfect and the most friendly and helpful staff!! Couldn’t have done enough for us and always so chatty and welcoming.
We stayed in one of the suites and I couldn’t recommend enough!
It was our anniversary and the staff even had a bottle of champagne to our room to celebrate. Nothing, everything was perfect.
