Great location, quiet with view. This hotel as well located near the major sites in the historic old part of the city, but a little tucked away so that it’s quiet. The dining room has views over the Bosphorus, a lovely way to start and plan your day. The lower level has a heated pool, a simple gym and a spa, which is a great place to unwind and relax. But especially nice are the staff who are very kind and thoughtful. We were actually leaving in a taxi for the airport and several blocks away when one of the staff came running down the street with a garment I had forgotten!. .

Excellent hotel with great staff in good location. We stayed for four nights during a city break, in this excellent hotel. The big positive was the friendly, efficient and helpful staff - really welcoming but not in a fussy way. Breakfast was served in a nice dining area with commanding views of the Bosphorus. The spread of food was superb, ranging from fruits, breads, puddings and yoghurts to salads, pastes, vegetables, soup and cooked dishes. Freshly cooked omelettes could also be ordered and coffee, from the machine, was of high quality. With this range of dishes, we would have liked to see things labelled to help vegetarians and those with food allergies. Our room - on the 4th floor - was nicely finished with a comfortable bed, plenty of toiletries and sewing kit etc, a small seating area and a really good rainfall shower. We experienced minimal problems with noise but the room did feel a little cramped. Wifi was poor in the room but good in the comfortable reception downstairs where we were served complimentary tea and coffee. The swimming pool was warm and well-maintained. The location was perfect for attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and there's lots of bars and restaurants very close by. We really enjoyed our stay here and thank the staff for making it so.. .

Memorable stay @Amiral Palace Istanbul. Great hotel and staff are very helpful and excellent service and top notch amenities. I got surprised of birthday cake on my birthday from the GM of the hotel. Great location! The FO team are fantastic. I would recommend Amiral Palace Istanbul during your visit in Istanbul. .

Very good. Good location, walking distance from major attractions. Breakfast was excellent, would suggest name tags for food items to encourage folks to try food not familiar with. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I didn't get a chance to try the spa facilities. The room was a little cool for us, hotel staff did provide additional heater, worked out in the end. Room was a little small, for the price should at least have had a chair to relax in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the small inconveniences did not affect our stay, which was very enjoyable.. .

Exceptional Service. Very open and friendly service! The room service was exceptional, including a delightful touch of chocolates in the evening. The beautiful view in the morning made the stay even more special. Forgotten items were promptly and smoothly transferred to the requested location. Highly appreciated!. .

Excellent. Fantastic location, close to Blue Mosque and other great sites. In a quiet street but loads of great eating places around. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room comfy and perfect for what we needed.. .
