Stay away!. We arrived in Rome on a much anticipated visit only to be disappointed that the hotel accommodations were not true to their advertisement. The room we were assigned was poorly lit, outdated, without air conditioning and worst of all a live bed bug crawling on one of the twin beds. When we went to complain to the staff on duty, he came upstairs to inspect and dismissed our concern in a condescending manner. He said that he had no other rooms available and if we chose not to stay, we would not be charged for the reservation. He also advised that we would be unlikely to be able to get any other room at a hotel in Rome that evening. We of course chose not to stay - we were quite disappointed with the false advertising and poor and unacceptable hygiene conditions of this hotel. After connecting with Expedia to have the reservation cancelled, we were appalled that the hotel charged us one night’s rate (150
Euros) for a late cancellation and refused to accommodate any requests from Expedia to waive the fee. We want to prevent any tourists from falling into this type of acceptable situation and will be posting this on multiple sites to increase awareness. Rome is such a beautiful city, such a shame that there are establishments that take advantage of tourists by false advertising and offering unacceptable accommodations.. .

Breakfast Improved and Rooms Renovated.. A standard breakfast for a three stars hotel. There food are displayed less but if you are a good picker, you will enjoy the standard meal.
