Great service. Really enjoyed our stay, the room was lovely and warm and very comfortable. My 2 year old came with us last minute on this trip and they provided a cot on the 2nd night which really helped. I asked a few times for milk for my 2 year old too which they provided and heated up too at no charge. Amazing service, clean hotel. .

Very good. Good value, close to metro. The hotel staff gave many recommendations for food, attractions, shopping etc. There was not good soundproofing and I'm not a fan of carpet floors.

Comfortable and above expectations for the price.. It was not located at a busy road. Quite calm. The breakfast is of good quality for the price. The room is a bit old but clean. There were no spots, molt or bad smell.
The city center is fairly reachable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Clear communication.
Reachable by phone also. 24/7 staff at the entrance.. Communication about the pre-authorisation would be nice. But it worked out alright. The walls were thin but we had good and not so noisy neighbours.
It had a good heater but was hard to regulate. Maybe a smart thermostat could create a more stable and comfortable room temperature. (Also saves a lot on the energy bill).

Bad experience, not value for the money. Rooms are too small and the bath stinks so bad.
The entire hotel smells so bad and couldn’t even stay there. Bad experience.. Bathroom, hotel, room.
