Bed bugs and poor facilities. Good location. Very poor facilities and worst was the bed bugs and other insects in the rooms. Our kids were bitten several times and developed rash and spots all over their bodies. We went to the pharmacy next door and they confirmed it was insect bites. We were looking forward to our first holiday in Turkey but disappointed..

Best hotel in Istanbul! Best people and service!. This is the best hotel in Istanbul. Our family stayed here last year and again for the past two weeks. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. It’s also only a few minute walk to Eyup Sultan Mosque. Highly recommend and will be staying here again and every time we are in Istanbul. This place and staff are the best!. .
