Exceptional. Is well located near many tourist attractions. Easy access to food, shopping, tram and it's just opposite Gand Bazaar. Walking distance or 4 stations via tram to Blue Mosque. The price and experience was definitely great value for money.. .

Historical Charm and Exceptional Hospitality. My time at Grafen Hotel was truly fantastic. The location of the hotel was excellent, just minutes away from the historical beauties of the Old City and surrounded by magnificent structures. The sincerity and helpfulness of the staff were truly commendable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grafen Hotel and definitely plan on returning. I highly recommend it to everyone!. .

Good. Really good location (Marmaray rail line, Metro lines 1 and 2, suburban railway just a minute of walking away; Sultanahmet area 15-20min away if walking); friendly staff, trying to do best to their guests (offering tea, coffee non stop); option to leave luggage after check-out.. Main issue is cleanliness - bed sheets were not as clean as they could be, and the bathroom had some mold on the ceiling and around the sink light. Sink light was also not working..

Although there was no breakfast option at the hotel, the delicious breakfast at Sıcak Kafe, just 20 meters away, was a delightful alternative. Additionally, the complimentary laundry and drying machines provided by the hotel were a significant convenience. The internet speed was quite sufficient for both work and leisure online activities. For lunch and dinner, I took advantage of the diverse and tasty food options offered by restaurants located just 100 meters from the hotel. Grafen Hotel is an excellent choice for both families and business travelers, and I am looking forward to visiting again.. .

Worst experience. Photos which are shared on bookings are fake, very bad experience, found many cockroaches on bed, dirty bathrooms, only staff Mehmet he is very good. .

Exceptional. I really liked the Grafen Hotel. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were quite bit considering the sizes of other rooms in Istanbul, the location is pretty great too. The Grafen Hotel is located near by a few restaurants, a couple grocery shops, a pharmacy, a tram station, a metro station and mainly a mosque which could be considered as a guiding point.. I liked the Grafen Hotel..
