Alright. Good breakfast and an amazing coffee machine with some of the best hot chocolate, the hotels location is hard to beat however the rooms are quite small yet the staff are still incredibly friendly and helpful and definitely make the experience better. .

Superb. Property was as pictured. Clean and good location, nice staff and good breakfast.. I chose this location partly because it advertised air conditioning. The booking info should clarify air conditioning is there, but can only be ran during certain months. It could not be used until sometime in May. I didn’t see this anywhere prior to my travel. They did provide a fan upon request that helped with the window open. Less great when it was raining and window needed to be closed..

Friendly staff, average lodgings. Stayed four nights at the Charme Spagna at the beginning of October.
This is quite a tough review for me to decide a rating on as the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Additionally the location of the hotel was good.
The included breakfast was also of a good quality and great variety.
Unfortunately however the room was quite lacking. We were located next to the dining area, whilst noise wasn't a concern we were unable to open our window without having people looking straight in which severely limited the natural light available.
However the biggest concern was the heat in the room, the air conditioning seemed to be unable to expell cold air which wasn't ideal for people used to cooler sleeping conditions. Staff attempted to adjust the temperature and even visited the room to investigate, however the best solution they could offer was the use of a small room fan, which at least circulated air but didn't help the ambient temperature at all.
Probably wouldn't return to this one.. .

Excellent. All was amazing. Too noisy, needs better soundproofing in rooms. Woke in the night with the recycling collections and unfortunately a noisy baby next door. Thankfully ear plugs were provided and they were used!.
