Great location and Value for money. A brief stay at the conveniently located Urban Garden Hotel was a pleasant experience for our family of eight. The hotel is situated approximately 30 minutes from Termini station, a 10-minute walk from the metro, and just a minute away from the local bus station. The breakfast provided was of good quality and value, priced at approximately £8. Although one room encountered an issue with the air conditioning, the reception team promptly resolved the matter. Too far away. Hotel itself is nice but it’s miles away from anything and getting a taxi in the evening is near impossible because of the distance. Booked through easyJet with the wrong distance described. Would not recommend for anyone staying past 6pm.. .

. This is a motel, not a hotel. Does not look like the photos. People screaming in the parking lot at night. Located in unsafe area, go to google street view to see for yourself. I left after one night and they won't refund the other 3 nights and blame it on Expedia. Expedia blames it on them. Just stay away.. .

. Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar. The rooms are pleasant but very basic, no wardrobe, draws etc and there is a small window within the door, so they do get really stuffy, no private balcony or much natural light in rooms. Staff are lovely, apart from the night receptionist our last night, he was just ignorant. You will be charged city tax of 6 euro pp per night on departure, we didnt know this so be prepared. Do not get a private taxi to/from hotel. We got charged 15 mins wait time by our taxi the day we left even though we got in it on time, apparently as standard they arrive 15 miutes early which our hotel didnt tell us so it was already 23 euros before we even left!. . .

. Beautiful property with real flowers and plants all around. The place was very clean and nice with great service everyday with clean bed and towels. It was very convenient with the metro and bus station next to you. The area is not the best to look at but the hotel is locked up and very nice. There are not many areas to eat around you or stores. . .

Very disappointing. . The room wasn't the one I was expecting and not even close to what I was expecting: it has no windows and in the bathroom you could see cracks in the walls. During the night you could hear people shouting and making very loud noises from downstairs, because there was a dedicated space for having a drink and smoking. We stayed for only 2 nights, and on our second day, when we went beck to our room at night, we found out that the room hadn't been cleaned: the bed was not made, the towels not changed ecc.. The receptionist that night was very kind and he gave us towels but the room couldn't be cleaned and he offered us the possibility to have our breakfast at the bar since we had to leave early and we couldn't wait for the buffet at 7am. (We could notice that it definitely wasn't the first time this situation happened, he wasn't surprised by the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned). BUT, the next morning, the other receptionist was very rude and, after explaining what happened, he only gave us the choice of taking the croissants for take away and he was very upset because we should have waited for the buffet. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience we had the previous night and not even a discount on the price we had paid already. The only positive thing was the breakfast: the food was good and we had enough choice. I would never go back there. Very disappointing. . .

Bien, ...maid. Globalement satisfait, saufdu bruit dun voisin au dessus de notre chambre qui écoutait jusqu'à 4h00 du matin la TV sans se soucier de la gêne occasionnée Dommage Cordialement . .
