. For our say, this was a convenient location. The price was very reasonable. The accommodations were simple, but sufficient. When we checked in, the room that we were assigned had been used and not prepared. That was kind of a bummer. But they got us into another room right away. The dinner at the restaurant on site was very good. It included appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert at a very reasonable price.. .

Amazing. I don’t know what people are expecting, we found the rooms lovely and clean, the bedding was great!! Some rooms had a kettle, some didn’t but at 1.5 Euro a coffee from the bar, your laughing!! Staff were helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, yes the breakfast is basic, but it is also just 7 euros, you can go into Rome and have breakfast but we paid £75 for 8 hot drinks and 6 pastries!! The tube was a short walk, we had a few people in there 70’s with us and my dad uses a stick!! The hotel itself is lovely, with a few different terraces for you to sit out in, the hotel was also happy to store our luggage as our flight wasn’t until 10 in the night!! I can honestly say I would stay there again!! We didn’t have evening meal, but if the little tapas the chef was handing out were anything to go not is definitely worth a try xx. .

. Nice room and helpful staff. WiFi did not work in our room, though. Not too long of a walk to the nearby Lidl or the metro station. .

4 night stay. We have just returend from a 4 night stay at this hotel with my partner and our 11 year old daughter. The flight was delayed and we arrived over 4 hours after we were due there (at 2am). The gaes outside are locked at night, but you just ring the buzzer and we were let it. The man on reception was helpful and got su checked in quickly so we could go to bed.
The rooms were clean, the air con worked. We had a triple room and the beds were big. Maybe a little too firm, but you can't please everyone!
We didn't eat breakfast, but we did have a main meal. There was a small menu, but it was very nice and we could take it to our room on a tray. Deliveroo also have A LOT of options!
Everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly.
The shower is quite small, ok for me who is short but my 6'3" partner found it snug.
The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the metro and the bus station.
Just a few things we noticed in Rome whilst sight-seeing:
This hotel is at the end of a metro line, the metro is busy and people are rude. There are little to no public toilets in Rome, even at the attractions. There are none in the metro stations. Consider this when the hotel is not in the city centre.
There is a lot of walking, we did cram a lot into our 3 days but we were topping 25,000 steps a day.
We'd definitely stay here again. It is clean and everyone we met here was friendly.
Thank you for a lovely stay.. .

. Personale educato e gentile, camera pulita e senza barriere architettoniche. Vicino metro ma rumorosa. .

Clean but not upmarket. The hotel is actually quite nice despite the grumpy bald headed man at reception who would be better suited to passport control! 🤦🏼♀️
The young girls behind the bar and at breakfast were polite& friendly. The room was clean & we had one towel & pillow each, there’s a safety deposit box in the room but no tea & coffee making facilities! Breakfast is ok, more of a continental type but there are scrambled & boiled eggs & sausages plus toast, croissants, pastries, yoghurt etc. There is a Lidl, fast food place (which I wouldn’t recommend) & supermarket down the road past the Metro. The Metro is about 5 mins walk away & a day pass for Rome is €7 so you can hop on hop off! The guard at the station on our first day was really helpful & helped us navigate the ticket machine but it’s really easy to use tbh. The hotel is at the end of the B line which is handy (can’t go any further ) 😂😂No sign of drug users at the Metro & yes there are police at different stations throughout Rome but I’ve seen it more as a deterrent!. .

Urban garden hotel ... not for us . We arrived around midnight on 9th/10th March, the night porter was really nice , he made us a drink and gave us cake as we were hungry as there are no amenities around the location ...
Getting to the hotel is a 30-minute train ride to termine station and then change from A line to B line for another 10 stops to the hotel on the metro .
The area like a lot of places in rome looks dirty and scruffy but is actually OK..
If you struggle with mobility this is not the hotel for you ..
The hotel is more of a hostel , it's a bedroom with an on-suite ..
The tele is small and has 2 channels, English news only that's it , big shower was hopeless and the small hand shower was good but it slipped around in your hand once you used it ...
Sheets were changed once and towels twice ..
Breakfast is poor , hot boiled eggs , scrambled eggs and what looked like cut up hotdogs , white and brown cheap bread and some ham , cakes and cornflakes and bran flakes .. coffee was bean coffee but horrible and a fruit juice , very basic .
Were not posh or fussy but even we struggled with the poor quality breakfast .
As well as the above there was for one a really rowdy school party of teenagers who just ran around all night and were very noisy until about midnight .
Getting to Rome on the underground metro was packed like sardines regardless what time you went or came back , we are fit 58 and 56 year old and we were doing 30,000 steps a day and we're shattered each night ... 10 stops just to get to terminie station to pick up the A lime and then more stops to get to the vatican, etc. was no joke every day...
When we were in rome it was nice time but we will never go back to this hotel again , it was a budget hotel at best , clean, simple and no frills ... . .

Hotel staff let our trip down but the rest was beautiful.. This is the first time I’ve been to Rome and friends who’ve been before recommended staying outside of the Centre of Rome.
I booked the Urban Garden Hotel mini break for my Fiancés Christmas Present. I booked through a travel agent, it was one of the ones that stood out for its outside space and location with easy transport links.
When we arrived at the Urban Garden we checked in and were asked to pay £20 tax. It’s not something I’d heard of and when enquiring as to why and what it was, the reply was rather blunt, the whole welcome was rather “cold” and that’s how I would describe the front of house staff for our whole stay. I felt a nuisance every time I approached them and to be honest the two men on the desk while we stayed there made us feel rather unwelcome. The gentleman cleaner and lady on the bar the first day, were both friendly and chatty. Our room was perfect for a base, clean and tidy, tv, safe, fridge, cups and a kettle but if you want tea/coffee take your own as there’s none in the room. We went to the bar twice to try and get coffee and drinks to be told bluntly, no!
I would recommend if you are looking for a hotel where you can spend time to relax and have a drink on the terrace this isn’t the one for you.
The metro is a 5 min walk and easy to use. We used line B for the Colosseum and each day paid £3 for a return ticket. The hotel is on the last line of the train so was easy to find.
Lidl was right opposite the Metro, which is ideal for snacks if you don’t want to pay out throughout your day.
We pre booked our airport hotel pickup up through airporttaxitransfers.com. It was £100 for both trips and it’s one of the best things I did, on time, friendly and reliable.
Just be aware of pick pockets and people dragging you in on the street trying to get you to buy things, they can get very in your face.
We booked a Colosseum tour through the GetYourGuide App and with “The Ultimate Italy” they were fab from the moment we arrived and our guide Roberta was great.
Walk everywhere as much as you can, you turn in to every street and find something new and beautiful to see.. .

Too far away. Hotel itself is nice but it’s miles away from anything and getting a taxi in the evening is near impossible because of the distance. Booked through easyJet with the wrong distance described. Would not recommend for anyone staying past 6pm.. .

3 star is quite generous. The hotel is very basic. The bed was uncomfortable as only 1 pillow per person provided and these pillows were lacking a lot of life. I requested a further pillow the following night and it helped.
felt like the people outside were in the room as the rooms are not well insulated so is very nosy.
It is 20/25 mins from Termini station but there isn't much around ( shops) for convenience.
Breakfast was very minimal and quite poor. the coffee was shocking. .
