Hotel was great. Hotel has been great . Hotel is very comfortable.staff is very helpful . Location is a little far from the malls but they provide a free shuttle. Room is very clean. I love it so much . It was quiet and I liked to stay in Nova pLaza. Me and my mom enjoyed it very much. And Ecenur welcomed us and take care of us very well . I will like to come back again .. .

Farcan and Ece was very kind.. The room that they gave us is not good..is very simple and it's not same like as photo..we have problem almost every day with the card of our room, 1 of 2 cards it's not accept every day.
Also, for the parking to take the car should be wait 15 20minutes every day(without works I'm the parking or reception). I don't know all this delay but we should know that almost 20minutes that we wait for our car.

I’ll recommend to female solo travelers that wants to be away from a city & need a relaxed getaway.. It was a my birthday getaway & they upgraded my room with a great view to make my day even more special ♥️✨. Staff members were exceptionally helpful& friendly, a big thank you to Mr Kemal for organizing transportation for sightseeing.
The food was amazing & the hotel is clean.
Note* bring a laptop 💻 so you can able to access entertainment because the hotel doesn’t have smart TVs, if you are a wine lover they don’t have liquor.
It was unfortunately the spa was under renovation so I wasn’t able to use it.. .
