Very good, excellent room and parking facilities, helpful staff and it is well managed.. Helpful reception staff and porters. Breakfast is excellent and room & parking facilities were excellent .. The dinner services can be better. Food was served while not very warm. That also happened on an earlier occasion. However the waiters are switched on and they fixed it..

Very Nice. Kasım Hoca was very kind and interested with me at my first day at fitness. He was with me while applying all of my excersizes and ready to answer my questions. In addition to that fitness saloon was not so crowded and I think that the cleaning was also very good.. .

Very relaxing massage. Remziye was very helpful and friendly. the massage was very relaxing and badly needed. The bath was very good and refreshing. Would recommend if staying in the hotel. The facilities are very clean and welcoming. There is a sauna and steam room also available .. .

Excellent standards of service up up to the brand reputation, friendly and helpful staff (so are most people in Diyarbakir).
Please pass our warmest greetings to Emre and Fatma Nour who helped us to get out of a trouble when we had no cash to take a taxi from Sur back to the hotel.
Enjoyed the breakfast too, especially the dried vegetables dolma.. Few staff can speak English, but this is normal for this part of Turkey, hence does not affect the score I am giving..
