Lovely staff and breakfast. We just in Paris for a night and needed a room near Gare St Lazare. Le 12 was perfect. Of course it's expensive and the room is small, that's how it is in Paris. But the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the range and quality of food for the inclusive breakfast was outstanding. The location near the station and restaurants in the 8th arrondissement was ideal, and the view from our balcony was lovely. Highly recommended.. .

Cote hotel with very helpful staff and good location for public transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was contacted before the visit with helpful information about restaurants, transfers etc. Rooms were equipped well and the breakfast was good. Very convenient for metro and buses. The rooms were on the smaller side, making it hard to have two suitcases.

Great stay for a romantic getaway. Loved the attention to the client. They managed to get in contact and organize a surprise bouquet of roses for my partner. All at a very reasonable price and of great quality!
We also managed to get a free upgrade for a room with a little balcony that we enjoyed very much despite the cold winter weather. The possibility to see the Tour Eiffel (just the higher end) from the balcony was a special effect for the coming back to our room routine.. .

Nice clean hotel near St Lazare. The rooms are small but very clean. View of the Eiffel Tower from balcony. Welcoming staff. There is a coffee maker and kettle in the room but you can also enjoy complimentary hot drinks in the foyer. Water machine for still and sparkling water (also free).
Five minutes walk from Gare St Lazare making good transport links.. .
