Disgusting. Excellent location,me and my 2 adult kids got one room each for 6 nights,so cost a bit plus more of-coarse on check out tax so I paid a lot no cheap stuff I thought lol get a good one but what we got in return was nothing,we got a smelly mouldy dirty ruined un breathable dirty dusty 3 rooms in a hotel,first night I was on the street out front cos I couldn’t breathe and when I went up to my room I would just smoke cigarettes on the smallest tiniest ever balcony anyways no sleep at all first night,I told them and I got another room that was disgusting but better but not really still very smelly mould toilet bowl lifting off the ground and sewerage coming out when you flush it had to use towels and was bugs all in bath room I had to kill them lol and I did it myself,this place no good for your health very dirty in a bad way but they still take your money at a top rate and also imagine what my two sons went through I can keep going forever this place is a big stay away,the owner and the staff I can’t say they were nice cos if they were nice me and sons wouldn’t have had to go through this unhygienic terrible expensive mouldy sickening experience yuck yuck and yuck up yours Mr owner or Mr responsible go buy a rag and some detergent and start from there you filthy mouldy hotel people what a dirty stink bomb full of mould ,in your add it says how good your hotel is but you full of you know what,give money back plus more for suffering Mr owner. .

Exceptional. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The neighborhood vibe was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to explore. It’s just a 1-minute walk from the iconic Trevi Fountain, and there are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!. .

Great location, disappointing accommodations.. The location was awesome and was relatively quiet for the noisy location. There was always hot water.. The bed was old and hard. The room was cold so we asked for more blankets, but they weren’t available. There was plaster dust on the floors from where it’s coming off the walls under the fabric wallpaper, which is separating from the walls. the bathroom floor was not clean. The showerhead fell off every time we tried to use it so basically the water just came out in a trickle..

Great location, awful hotel. Not recommended!!! We visited this hotel in the mifmddle of February 2025. We booked 3 rooms for a total of 6 people. Positive: - Great location, few steps from Trevi fountain - Good price for the location. - Decent breakfast, good quality food. - Very silent considering the busy location. Negative: - The hotel is small and old. It is just runned down from any perspective. - Reception is so small you can hardly walk through. - Rooms are old and runned down. Dusty, dirty and smell mold. - Toilets in the room are unacceptably broken, dirty, low standard. See pictures. - Breakfast room in in a dungeon, super small, no windows. - Even the street sign over the main entrance is falling down. There are so many better options all around this hotel. It is cheaper than other places and now you know why. Needs a total renovation.. .
