We were fortunate to form a bond with Solange, a staff member who was exceptionally kind, sweet, and amiable. Her genuine care for our needs and engaging personality made our interactions with her delightful and memorable.
Moreover, the availability of diverse snacks around the clock was a thoughtful gesture that catered to our cravings. Returning to the hotel after an exhausting day was made more comforting with the provision of tea, coffee, and various refreshments readily at hand. These considerate touches contributed to a sense of being well taken care of and significantly enhanced our overall stay.. I was dissatisfied with the design and construction of the toilet and shower area. The layout lacked privacy, allowing others to see inside while someone was using the toilet. Additionally, the door was not only difficult to operate but also made of a heavy and thick material. As a result, accidentally bumping one's leg or arm against it would cause significant pain or discomfort. Overall, these issues negatively impacted the comfort and usability of the bathroom facilities..

Excellent facility and had some bells and whistles and very helpful staff.. The fact there were snacks and drinks available for anyone at any time - being as we arrived really late - this was fantastic.
