Comfortable & Easy!. The staff are beyond great, they are very helpful and will support you in anything you need on all levels!
The room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was top notch!. Breakfast would require a little more variety in terms of the Turkish pastries and freshness! A burek option would be of great added value! ☺️.

Below average. Me and my partner came to the Bricks Hotel, Istanbul from the UK as she was undergoing Rhinoplasty surgery and we stayed here for 7 nights
They are lucky to get 2/5 stars. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because of the helpful room service staff. We had been advised that my partner needed regular ice therapy on her nose which was challenging as there are no freezer compartments in the room fridge and the reception staff constantly trying to sell an ice pack package to exploit its guests. In the end, the room service staff were happy to provide bags of ice from the restaurants so I would be persistent with rejecting the receptions plea to buy the expensive ice pack packages.
The smell of the rooms is filled with tobacco so I would avoid it you're a non-smoker. The rooms are also very dusty which isn't great as the air conditioning blows it around the room. The room maids were great, although I would recommend making sure that your door is locked as they tend to walk in the room in the morning without warning to clean.
The food here is very average, the only thing saving it would be the chef at breakfast who makes omelettes and other egg focused dishes. I had the pizza one evening which was soggy, followed by the pasta on another occasion and which was disappointing and ridiculously expensive.
The location is near some local shops and restaurant's which aren't great quality but does the job if you're after a quick fix, but I would avoid walking on your own.
The hotel itself actually looks nice, from reception to the spacious room. The shower was powerful, the bed is king size snd the room is well lit.
Lastly, the costs of the drinks minibar in your room is absurd. They tend to not tell you the price until you get slapped with a bill at the end of the stay, we paid €45 for 4 canned soft drinks and 2 chocolate bars which is around €5 if you brought in the local shop. Charging an extra 800% on retail value seems here is more expensive than any posh hotel in central London.
In summary, the Bricks Hotel is ideal if you need to stay somewhere for a night or two, however if you're like us and here because you're getting surgery, I would recommend you find an air bnb / apartment.. .

Great Staff. Close to transport.. Staff have been so very helpful and supportive especially Coskun Front Office Supervisor. Nothing was a problem. Location is close to Metro and heaps of bus services. Public transport is the only way to travel and beat the horrible traffic jambs. Good selection of eateries close by. Would recommend staying here if in this area.. .

Perfect, comfortable, clean and safe. All of the staff were amazing I have never travelled solo before and this was the perfect place to go. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I had a welcome letter waiting for me in my room, I had fruits and water. Oh I just love the hotel and staff and will be making this my go to hotel from now on when I visit Istanbul. From needing a transfer to take me shopping and even just getting advice from the staff was 10/10 thank you for making my stay safe and comfortable!. The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer I wasn’t able to extend my flight as I had to come home. I wish I could have stayed longer. But there was nothing that I didn’t like the hotel and staff was 10/10.
