Recommended. . The location is ideal. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rome is a beautiful city and our stay in this hotel was nothing short of peaceful and relaxing. The facilities are great and the rooms are lovely. Arianna was a top notch receptionist. The upbeat attitude and helpful recommendations really added to our experience. . .

Good location, lovely receptionists, but a few issues with the hotel itself. Overall this is a 3 star hotel experience… The location of this hotel is amazing and is really easy to walk to tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain or Pantheon, and in comparison to other hotels in the area is very reasonably priced. Both the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, so a big thanks to them. However, there were a few issues with our stay and hopefully these can be fixed for future customers. Firstly, the bathroom door lock was broken & the shower leaked during our stay. We did bring this up to the receptionists when we left so hopefully this can be sorted. Secondly, most days the cleaner did a good job at cleaning our room/ replenishing items. However, on one occasion the cleaner did not replace our toilet rolls, meaning we had to go out and buy some toilet rolls from a near by shop. The other incident with the cleaner, happened on the Saturday of our stay. The hotel clearly states that in order for your room to be cleaned you must be out by 11:30. However on Saturday morning, the cleaner knocked at 10:15 to come in and clean our room, in which we were still sleeping. I opened the door and the cleaner apologised and said she would come back… she did not (we had left our room before 11:30 so she was able to clean it). This would not have been an issue if the hotel had not clearly started that if you wanted fresh towels you had to leave them in a pile on the bathroom floor, which we had done. But once we returned to our room at 5:20 (reception closes at 5); the cleaner had not been back in. Thankfully, we called the number provided and fresh towels were brought to our door and the receptionist explained the next day that the cleaners hours are reduced on a Saturday, although I think it is poor that this is not stated to guests and that the cleaner had not returned. When we arrived the tv remote also didn’t work as the batteries had run out, and I do think this is something that should be checked when cleaning the rooms between guests as it resulted in us not being able to watch the tv until the following day. To conclude, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for one with a good location and you know you will not be in the room much, but there are a few things that would need to be improved for this to become a 4/5 star review.. .

Hotel and cafe were conveniently located in the Bernini district and walking distance to main tourist attractions.. Good location, 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and the Vatican City, 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Centrally located to shopping and other tourists spots. Great size room, very spacious.. Elevator wasn’t working and my husband had to lug our heavy suitcases up & down two flights of stairs. House keeping didn’t replenish toiletries, and had no Kleenex tissues. The step down platform from the bathroom to the bedroom was very dangerous..

Good experience.. The location was excellent. Very near Trevi Fountain, and walking distance with other attractions. The room was very comfortable, and it was very quite.. .

Passable. Location was good. Near the metro and only a short distance walk to trevi fountain.. Our first night, we got put into the most claustrophobic room you can imagine. The bathroom felt like a bowling alley. Under the bed was dusty and debris left from previous guests. The place needs a deep clean. There was also a weird smell. We got put into another double bedroom that was much better but still could do with a deep clean. As staff are not there after 5pm, our room key wasn't working so we called the emergency number many times and eventually got through to someone. Who told us a code to a store room and take our room key with all other room keys right there (serious security concerns). Price is far too high for what you get. There were self-serviced apartments down the road for cheaper and much nicer. Didn't feel like a hotel at all. Felt more like a backpackers accommodation..
