The breakfast not good, not enough cooked food , every day same boring stuff, some of items I didn’t eat at home they served, receptionist lady was very very rude, they charged me 15tr for Pepsi which I didn’t had, there’s big argument at reception they called me lair for 15tr. They hold £100.00 deposit cash from day one. Lake of understand of English speaking or understand. It was worse experience staying in WoW Istanbul Hotel.. .

. The place was very clean and it was a great place to stay aside from the staff.
The staff I dealt with were unfriendly and shuttle service was not provided even though it is advertised. At checkin, the staff asked me repeatedly if I had the correct hotel and whether I wasn’t looking for the hotel down the street which was significantly cheaper. When ordering room service, we were given the wrong meal. These kind of mistakes happen but when it comes to them happening consistently, it is disappointing.
In addition, being a foreigner is not the best when a hotel company promises to pick you up from the airport but then don’t come when you call them that you have arrived. They stated the shuttle service will not be coming and it was not longer an option. A reimbursement of the cost of getting to the hotel or a refund for this service would have been nice as the hotel was an hour away from the airport.. .

. I was extremely happy I was given long check out time.
The security guys would get me a taxi in less than 2 minutes each time I wanted it. They would also help me to explain to them were I was going!
The only thing I didn’t like is that guys could smoke and when out of the lift you here the smell. . .

Negativeness on my stay.. First of all, I stayed in execute room. As it is written and promised on information sheet in the room, there was no fruit basket on arrival. The thing is I am not booking a room for a fruit basket which is something very cheap but since they offer and include their services for room price, so as a customer I am just expecting what they offer which is fair.
Secondly, air condition was not working properly. It was blowing hot air. I gave a call to reception, they offered me to change my room. I accepted, it was changed but the new one also was very hot. A/C was blowing hot air because of centralized A/C. They send a technician to unlock the window in the room to able to open it wide open. But It was still insufficient to ventilate the room. Because of hot and humid air inside, my sleep was interrupted and I woke up a couple of times during my sleep. It was uncomfortable stay.. .
