Few minor issues but I would stay again.. Stayed December 24
Great location with great views over Paris.
Very close to the Eiffel tower, metro station, shopping centre and lots of cafes/ bistros.
Room was pleasant, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Although some of the room started to show signs of wear and tear but this wasn't a deal breaker for me as it was a great base reasonably priced.
Lobby staff were welcoming and friendly. Lobby always had security staff on duty.
Restaurant for breakfast was good. Lots of variety catering for all. Contential options plus cooked options available which included an omelette station.
Dinner in the evening was quite disappointing. Not in terms of food quality just initial service. Our order was taken but server failed to process the order to the kitchen so we waited almost an hour for our starters to arrive which wasn't right when they did eventually get to the table. Our mains then arrived halfway through our starters.
The supervisor reduced our bill and apologised for the issues and I was satisfied they dealt with our issues. Maybe a new member of staff needing a bit of training?
Bar areas were lovely and staff were very attentive.
Overall a few tweaks for perfection but a pleasurable experience and I would give it ago again.. .

Please avoid at all costs. Would love to give a 0 star if possible. Worst service staff I have see in a hospitality sector. From the receptionist to everybody was rude, obnoxious and borderline aggressive.
A special mention about the restaurant staff. Have it to give it up for their sarcastic demeanour. If you want anything like salt and pepper their reply” Go get it yourself”.
Novotel as a brand should really look into how this hotel is run before they run it to ground.
The only reason it is running is because of the proximity to the attractions.
If you are from some other country please avoid this place as it looks like they outright hate foreigners.. .

Location good. The hotel was conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, and the staff were very friendly. The pasta and chicken salad I ordered through room service were delicious and generously portioned, which I was very satisfied with. However, the elevator system was a bit inconvenient, and it was unfortunate that there were always many people waiting to use it.. .

Very good. It was comfortable.. (1) small space and i did not get a good view from the window.
(2)i was also asked to pay city tax for two people even though my booking.com receipt indicated that my payment included city tax. i still do not get it. i spoke with the staff but they insisted, tax was not included, yet in my receipt it was explicitly stated that it was inclusive!!!! i guess i need an explanation from you guys..
