. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room, room cleaned each day with clean towels provided too. Breakfast was amazing, had everything you could want.
We took a night time flight - staff were happy to look after our bags until we were ready to leave for airport and let us use facilities until then.
Great price too. Would definitely stay there if we visited Barcelona again

. Spent 6 nights here for the Spanish Grand Prix and a bit of sightseeing. Wonderful hotel. Friendly helpful multilingual staff. Great location. Close to popular sites without feeling overwhelmed by big crowds. Room was comfortable. Not huge, but more than adequate. Bonus was a small fridge that actually kept things cold. We did not have time in the morning to use the breakfast room, but it looked nice.. .

. Arriving well before check-in after a cruise, I was met with friendly and efficient service, and my luggage was safely stored. My room was clean and well-supplied, though I was disappointed by the thin walls, which allowed significant noise from neighboring rooms. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. However, the most significant event was the theft of my phone while I was out. Without my laptop, I was in a difficult situation, but the hotel's reception staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me in contacting my spouse in the US, allowing me to remotely erase my phone data. Their prompt and compassionate response was truly appreciated.. .

Great location, but noisy. Great location for wlaking around to all of the tourist spots in the Gothic quarter. Unfortunately, it is located on a very busy street with a lot of noise all hours of the day and night. If you need a quiet place to sleep, make sure your room is not facing the street.. .
