A very classy and elegant hotel which is in very close walking distance to the Vatican.. The hotel is very modern and the staff were very welcoming. The room was comfortable and I had a lovely night's sleep. The hotel is very close to the Vatican and I was able to walk there and back very quickly and easily. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Highly recommended and I would stay there again when I visit Rome.. Everything was fabulous..

Convenient hotel for Vatican . This is a nice hotel with the best advantage of it being close to the Vatican City entrance. So, if you're particularly here for the basilica, this is a location you can be sure of relying on.
The hotel looks very luxurious and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The beds are a bit tricky and can be a bit painful as they are two single beds joined and you can feel the edge. The bathroom is spacious and amazing, and if you have a balcony room, you're going to enjoy the nice weather and the views of the Holy See. Just keep in mind that their room AC/heater control is centralized and you have to call the reception every time if you feel warm or cold in the night.
The lady at the front desk is very helpful and kind. However, some of them may come across slightly cold. The staff at the breakfast is just fabulous and so is the spread and service of breakfast. All the ladies there are superwomen! They even surprised me with a small bouquet of flowers to make me feel special on Women's Day!. .

Nice hotel in Rome in a good walking area. Cute, clean hotel within walking distance to Vatican City. Nice area with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Best coffee we had on the trip (American style that is though cappuccinos were good too!) First night we sweated like pigs it was so hot. They failed to tell us upon check in that the front desk controls room temperature so make sure you talk to them if it’s hot in the room.. .

Expected a little bit more. The room was fine. At checking, told us we were getting an upgrade but that was already a part of our package. Front desk staff were nice. But breakfast buffet was disappointing - especially the coffee and felt like we were bothering the breakfast staff.. .
