Good. Staff were all excellent. The location is lovely and convenient with a good bakery, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. WiFi was decent.
Bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. Good quality toiletries provided.. Cigarette burn on the carpet in our room, a large stain on the bed runner. Felt a little run down and needing a little TLC.
Bed was very soft which might suit some but not me.
Soundproofing is poor so if there's any noise at all in the corridor you'll hear it. I was woken by guests departing early in the morning..

Old and tired, deceiving pictures. The location of the hotel is OK, close to the metro station, which made is super easy to move across Paris, and a walking distance to Montmartre. Also it felt safe to walk back there, even after midnight. Cafes and restaurants less than 5 min away from the hotel.
The room was clean and towels changed daily.
The breakfast was pretty good, selection of bread, croissants, jams, etc. Good coffee and great tea.
Very kind and helpful staff.. The hotel looks nothing like in the pictures, they are more deceiving than they usually are. It has it's glory days way behind. The room we were given was small and rather dark, painting was coming off the walls, the whole hotel looks much older and way more tired than in the photos. Certainly no bathroom robes there, but not even a tea/coffee facility in the room, which seems to be the basic standard these days.
There's nothing Parisian and romantic about it either. It is clean though and the bathroom was renovated.
We hoped we were paying not-the-lowest price for the experience of a non-chain Parisian chick hotel. After arriving we couldn't help but wonder whether we made a mistake by not choosing one instead :(.

Easy walk to public transport & supermarket only metres away.. A bit picky 😳…but the coffee machine needs upgrading….

Perfect for a weekend in Paris. Great location, metro/bus stops/train at end of road, few mins walk. 24hr reception. Luggage storage. Hairdryer in room didn't work so gave me a replacement straightaway.. Only thing is said there was coffee/tea in room, but it was a nespresso machine with 2 pods. Personally would have preferred kettle but that's only thing would change..
