Nice breakfast, rooms were not great. The breakfast was nice, but the hotel was hard to reach from Barcelona city. We also had several problems with the room ranging from ants, fungi in the bathroom and a leg of my bed not being properly attached so it has to be balanced to keep the bed straight.. .

Much Better Than Other Reviews Suggest!. I stayed at here for a 5 day break. I used it as a training base for cycling, swimming and running as I'm training for a long distance triathlon. I was surprised to read the other reviews, because my experience was very different.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, I had a great view of Mt. Montserrat from my balcony. The facilities were great, nice pool, bar etc. The breakfast was great. It's also a really nice location for cyclists and runners.
It wasn't plush of fancy, but for the price it was incredible value and I would highly recommend this hotel.. .

Good. Room was very nice, clean and modern. Breakfast had a nice selection.. Seems like they host a lot of business trips for large groups, so it was a bit noisy in the evening, and we could hear our neighbors through the wall..

The services, carefully planned and executed. The recent update in the decor didn't quite work completely.
I couldn't help thinking the long corridor and red doors in the access to the rooms had a bit of a "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" vibe..it just didn't match the rest of the hotel and not nearly quite the service and professionalism of the staff.

Cheap, rooms need cleaning and attention, student accommodation . Not really a hotel, it’s more like a student halls of residence. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was a good size and had amazing views over the rock formation opposite, however.... it was cold, dirty (walls and floor) and the bathroom small in size. Didn’t stay for the buffet dinner but had buffet breakfast which was adequate - although it felt like a school canteen. The pool looked good but I didn’t use it.
I wouldn’t return because of the student feel and the dirty rooms.. .
