. The room smelled likenpiss from the street on our first day. toilet needs refurbishing. The jacuzzi was full of moulds and when i tried to turn it on, bits of dirt came out of the water outlet. The metal part of the shower hose was detached, only being held by tape. The exhaust wasnt working, the light bulb inside the orange box on the mirror wasnt working. The remote of the aircon unit is broken, only being held by tape too. . .

. The air conditioner was broken...and the desk said all the rooms had bad AC....the roof top bar was under enovations....looked like it was bombed.....LOL it was a nice joint back in 1999 but no bidy has even changed the shower soap containers in the last 10 years. hard pass next time in Roma!. .

. The structure the bedroom is terrible (the toilet, the shower and the lavatory are separete), didn't have tv (cable not working), internal phone doesn't have line (I needed down for any request), no space for to move. .
