Perfect location and staff, I highly recommend it.. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the metro, bus stop, supermarket and several restaurants.
The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast and the breakfast package on the day of departure was perfect.
The rooms were clean.
I highly recomment it.. Our room was big and perfect, but my family members, who were 2 in one room, found the rooms a bit small.
The warm breakfast cooled down quikly, as there was quite cold in the restaurant area, but it's just a luxury problem, as the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. :-).

Superb. Close to Termini and Public Transport. Great breakfast. Very clean room.. Very unfriendly night-receptionist. Lots of noises from running water/toilet flushing from neighbouring rooms.

Cheap and clean. Clean room, luggage storage, good location for the terminal, bit of a walk to other locations (30/40 mins at leisurely pace). Comfy bed and hot water for the price so can’t complain. Negatives - full of school groups (as mentioned in other reviews) so does make for a bit of noisy night and not all plugs and lights worked in the room (one of each).. .

Very good. The room was a fantastic size with a lovely big bed that was quite comfortable. Breakfast was included with my room and it was quite a comprehensive buffet that really impressed me for the price. I especially loved the luggage storage that I was able to make use of from the time I arrived in Rome in the morning until I was able to check-in later in the day. I would definitely stay again!. .

Feb stay. The rooms were clean , the staff are very welcoming and friendly the only downside is no kettle, tea ,coffee , cups or milk in room , you have to pay for it down at the bar , the school groups are rude and dirty with no manners during breakfast the staff there are amazing cleaning up after them. .
